• How do I access my online portal?

  You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to activate your account through our secure AppFolio portal. From there, you can log in via desktop or download the mobile app for access on the go.

• What can I do through the portal?

  The portal allows you to make payments, submit maintenance or architectural requests, view HOA documents, track your account history, receive announcements, and reserve amenities—all in one place.

• How do I submit a maintenance request?

  Simply log into your portal and select “Maintenance Request.” You’ll be prompted to describe the issue, and you can upload photos as needed. Requests are tracked in real time so you can monitor progress.

• When is my HOA payment due, and how can I pay?

  Dues are typically due on the 1st of each month. You can pay online using ACH, debit/credit card, or set up auto-pay. We also accept checks mailed to our office (note that they must be received—not just postmarked—by the due date).

• How do I reserve the tennis courts or another community amenity?

  All reservations can be made through the online portal calendar. Availability and usage guidelines are clearly posted. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact our office for assistance.

• I want to make a change to my property—how do I start an architectural request?

  ARC (Architectural Review Committee) requests can be submitted through the portal. Include a description, photos or plans, and any supporting documentation. You’ll be notified of the committee’s decision once it’s reviewed.

• Who do I contact if I have a question about my HOA account?

  Our management team is always here to help. You can send us a message through your portal, call our office, or email us directly. We aim to respond to all homeowner inquiries within one business day.
